ATA, Two Lawmakers Oppose Change In Union Rep Elections
The Air Transport Association, trade group of U.S. airlines, and two Republican congressmen have come out in opposition of a proposed change in the way union representation elections are held. To repeat, the National Mediation Board has proposed that to win the right to represent a class of employees, a union would have to get a majority of votes cast.
