Mike Gentry   What's even funnier is that they probably just sat there for a few hours stopping everyone passing the stationary bus. If there was a school bus that sat there for 20 minutes, even with its flashers on, people would pass it. What else are they going to do? Basically, the government is imprisoning you by duress. If you get out of your car, that's abandonment on a roadway, and if you 3point turn, you've done an illegal U-turn. If you pass the bus, you've just violated the !pass rule. If I was in one of these situations, I'd call the cops... on the cops, and then sue them for false imprisonment.   6.20.09 @3:14PM
Max Kayden   This is the problem with society today. Some lady with a handicapped kid pushed the PD to do it, and they turned around and gave out citations for something that doesn't violate the law, and then when they found out that they gave out bummed citations, the lady wants the tickets to stand. The lights weren't flashing. A school bus parked on the side of the road with some cadets getting off and on does not cause you to violate the law when you pass it.   6.20.09 @9:27AM
