Germany is dropping its pursuit of a ban on Scientology after finding insufficient evidence of illegal activity, security officials said Friday. Domestic intelligence services will continue to monitor the group, officials said. The German branch of the Los Angeles-based Church of Scientology has been under observation by domestic intelligence services for more than a decade.

University Of CA Refuses To Accept Christian HS Biology Credit For ID Science Class; Wins Lawsuit

The University of CA refused to accept credit for a Biology class taught by an association of Christian schools, and so the schools sued. The court found the textbook used specifically threw out science whenever necessary to further biblical accountings, and that the schools' expert engaged in the same "don't ask the scientists" behavior that was prevalent in the Dover ID case.
